For Saturday delivery, please contact us.
Our normal despatch time by courier is either same-day, or next working day.
We use APC Overnight courier who normally deliver the next working day, so we can often get your goods to you very quickly. They will "leave safe" if possible, so please contact us immediately after ordering if you have a specific place for parcels.

We can deliver to you, or direct to your recipient... just let us know with your order.
Carriage is calculated automatically at checkout by size & weight.
Most items under 1.2M will carry a charge of £9.99 or £10.99, while taller items up to 1.5M will be £14.99 carriage. Discount for multiple items in the same order will be calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight & height.
PLEASE NOTE that some of our items are COLLECTION ONLY due to size &/or weight.

You are welcome to collect your items, but as we are not open to the public and do not operate set hours, it is essential that you CONTACT US FIRST to arrange a mutually convenient time from our nursery near West Malling, Kent.

We hope you're happy with your purchase and that it's arrived in good condition. Our courier service is via APC Overnight & all goods are packed well to ensure a stress-free journey.
Please note that all our plants are grown outdoors, and due to the very nature of many plants, there will be changes throughout the year....deciduous trees bought as Christmas presents will often have no leaves!!
All our preloved & handmade items are described as best we can, with photos of the actual items for sale.
