Lavandula Angustifolia, Hardy purple Lavender 
Highly aromatic foliage & flowers loved by bees & insects in the summer. Will make a bushy shrub to approx 1M high and wide. Good for sunny, poor sites & excellent for lining pathways or doorways where you can brush past to smell the scent. Prune back in Autumn to just above last year's stems to keep the plant bushy.
